Shipping policy

We carefully pack each pre-loved item to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight. Currently, we ship within the European Union only.
