We carefully pack each pre-loved item to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight. Please note that for orders shipped outside Europe, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Return Policy

We encourage thoughtful purchases, please review all photos, descriptions, condition notes, measurements, and color details before buying. As our items are second-hand, gentle signs of previous wear or slight measurement and color variations may occur. If you need more information about an item, feel free to contact us via email or Instagram direct message before placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the image. Returns are accepted within the European Union if initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure international returns are clearly marked as “Return” on customs forms.
